Welcome to ABMA Impact!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites www.abmaimpact.com and/or www.abmaimpact.co.uk (“Site”) and the purchase of educational and professional courses (“Courses”) offered through the Site. By accessing the Site and purchasing Courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase any Courses.

General

1.1. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

1.2. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Site or use any services.

Eligibility

2.1. To be eligible to purchase Courses from the Site, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2.2. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and purchasing Courses.

Course Enrolment and Payment

3.1. All prices for Courses are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Payments for Courses can be made through our secure payment gateway. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.

3.3. Your purchase of a Course is not complete until we have received your payment and sent you a confirmation email.

Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email for any reason.

4.2. To cancel your purchase, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form provided at the end of these Terms, but it is not obligatory.

4.3. If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel, subject to fair use and any utility/completion/resource downloads of the Courses.

4.4. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4.5. If you start using the Course before the end of the cancellation period, we reserve the right to deduct an amount proportional to the use you have made of the Course from your refund and no refunds will be allowed once over 50% of the Course has been completed.

Course Access and Content

5.1. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Course materials as outlined in the Course description. 

5.2. Course materials are for your personal or setting’s use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce the Course materials without our express written permission.

5.3. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Course at any time without notice. If we discontinue a Course for which you have paid, we will provide a refund for the unused portion of the Course.

Intellectual Property

6.1. All content included in the Courses, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ABMA Impact or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

6.2. You may not use any of our trademarks or trade dress without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

7.1. Our liability to you for any losses arising from the use of our Site or purchase of Courses is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of Courses.

Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Courses shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check our Site periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
